Her commitment to creating safe spaces for people to open up aligns perfectly with our campaign, SOS - Stories of Survival.
For years, RJ Anjali has been a comforting voice on the airwaves, guiding listeners through difficult moments with warmth and understanding. She has always been an advocate for mental health, often using her platform to discuss sensitive issues like depression, anxiety, and loneliness. By joining our cause, RJ Anjali is helping amplify the message that no one is alone in their struggles.
RJ Anjali believes in the power of storytelling to heal. In a video she shared on instagram, she opens up about the side of her life as a daughter, mother and a wife. She also talked about coping up with suicidal thoughts, finding herself so vulnerable and fragile and coming out of it a better human being.
