As mental health remains an often-overlooked conversation, we recognized a deep need to create a safe, open space for people to share their experiences and break the silence surrounding mental health struggles.

Another RJ known for her liveliness, Shruti has joined SOS: Stories Of Survival campaign. With her platform and influence, she is helping us reach even more people, amplifying our message of hope and resilience.

In an Instagram video, while addressing her mental health and her journey of recovery, she emphasised that, ''Recognising and acknowledging is the most important aspect of mental wellbeing.''

As a well-loved radio personality, Shruti’s ability to connect with her listeners brings even more heart to the SOS mission. Shruti’s involvement adds a personal touch, and her commitment to raising awareness around mental health further strengthens the campaign’s impact.

As more people join the conversation, we’re witnessing the ripple effect of storytelling. Each time someone shares their journey of survival, it encourages others to speak up, to feel less alone, and to find the courage to seek help. Our hope is that the SOS campaign can be a beacon of light, offering those in need a reminder that their story is not over.

Recognising and acknowledging the problem is the first step.
