Star India and RCB batter Virat Kohli is known for his animated personality off the field, as the cricketer is often seen having a fun time with his teammates. Recently, Kohli gave another glimpse of his fun persona as he interrupted a live podcast session of South Africa and PBKS fast bowler Kagiso Rabada.

In a viral video, Rabada was seen being involved in a chat on the ‘Willow Talk Podcast’ when he got an unwelcome guest in Kohli who, as per the fast bowler, was dancing in front of him. Later on, he appears on the camera and engages in fun banter with the speedster, who hilariously reveals that Kohli considers him a weak bowler.

Meanwhile, both Kohli and Rabada will be seen going against each other as PBKS take on RCB in Match 58 of the Indian Premier League 2024 at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, Dharamsala. The fixture is extremely crucial for both teams to stay alive in the playoff race. Both Bengaluru and Punjab are ranked seventh and eighth respectively on the points table with eight points each to their names from 11 matches.

Both sides desperately need to win all of their remaining fixtures to keep their hopes of playoff qualification alive and a single loss will prove to be detrimental. Kohli, who’s in excellent form this season will be raring to go in the upcoming fixture being the leading run scorer of the season so far.

The RCB opener has 542 runs to his name from 11 innings at an average of 67.75 and a strike rate of 148.08 with one hundred and four fifties to his name. He played a magnificent knock of 77 (49) in the previous fixture between the two sides as he charged down the track against the fierce pace of Rabada to smash him for fours towards the off side. Courtesy of his knock, RCB chased down 177 in 19.2 overs and registered the first win of the season.

On the other hand, Rabada has taken 11 wickets from 11 matches so far at an average of 33.81 and an economy of 8.85. The speedster will also look to get the prized scalp of Kohli and win the battle against the best batter of the tournament.
