The Big Arch burger by McDonald’s is the first permanent addition to its global menu since the launch of Chicken McNuggets in 1983. The Big Arch Burger is bigger than the iconic Big Mac burger in size to satisfy the big hunger of consumers. After months of speculation, McDonald’s has finally revealed the details about its new launch. Though it has not rolled out globally, McDonald’s has started its testing at various places.

On Monday, McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski revealed the details of the burger. The Big Arch burger consists of two patties, melted cheese, crispy toppings, and a McDonald’s sauce. The CEO informed the analysts that the Big Arch burger is “a quintessential McDonald's burger with a twist on our iconic, familiar flavors.”

The giant burger has not rolled out globally, but it is available in Portugal and Canada. In late June, the big arch was made available in Alberta and Ontario. The burger is yet to be launched at its locations in the USA. McDonald’s is testing the Big Arch on customer response before launching it globally.

An X (formerly known as Twitter) user posted on X with a Big Arch Burger package, requesting McDonald’s to launch the burger in the USA. When he was in Portugal, he ate the burger three times a week.
