A wedding celebration turned tragic in Andhra Pradesh Kurnool's district when a man died of a heart attack after he collapsed on stage while presenting his gift to his friend.
A video of the incident shows Vamsi, an Amazon employee from Bengaluru, greeting the couple on the stage and handing them the gift.
Vamsi had travelled from Bengaluru to Penumuda village in Kurnool for his friend's wedding.
As the groom began opening the gift wrapper, Vamsi began to lose his balance and he was caught by people standing next to him, the video shows.
Vamsi was rushed to the Dhone City Government Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
