A man in Agra has alleged that he was thrashed, strangled and buried alive by four men in connection with a land dispute. The man further claimed that he miraculously survived after dogs dug him up.

Roop Kishore claimed that he was assaulted by four men, identified as Ankit, Gaurav, Karan, and Akash on July 18 in Agra's Artoni area. The accused also strangled him and then buried him in their farm, assuming that he had died.

Kishore claimed that he survived after stray dogs dug up the area where he was buried and started biting his exposed flesh, causing him to regain consciousness.

After that, Kishore said he walked to a nearby village, where locals identified him and rushed him to a hospital. He is currently receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

According to Kishore's mother, the accused forcibly took her son from home and brutally assaulted and strangled him. They then buried Kishore in a ditch on their farm.
