Avoiding processed foods, adding nutritious foods to the diet, and following intermittent fasting helped these celebs maintain a balanced life.

In an interview with Star Sports, former Indian men's cricket team captain Virat Kohli revealed his healthy eating habits. He said once he was chubby and always craved butter chicken, the main challenge for him to stay fit was "food." But then he changed his eating habits and ate the same food for six months, three times a day. He avoided processed foods, masala curries, and deep-fried foods and added vitamins, proteins, and fluids to his diet.

“I mean, repetition is everything, and whatever I ate was 90% steamed,"  Virat said. He didn’t care about the taste of food and ate salads and lentils (dals); however, as a Punjabi, Rajma and lobhiya cannot be skipped. Anushka Sharma, an Indian actress and wife of Virat Kohli, also focuses on a healthy diet and workouts to stay fit. Like Virat, she also adds salads and lentils and consumes a lot of fluids. On Instagram, she shares her diet and workout pictures. Both Virat and Anushka follow workouts and yoga to stay healthy.

R. Madhavan, a well-known actor and filmmaker, gained weight due to his last directorial, Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. In a post on X, he revealed his secret to losing weight and body transformation in 21 days by following a routine. He revealed that he followed intermittent fasting, which involves switching between eating and fasting at regular intervals. He avoided processed foods and ate lots of green vegetables, which are easily metabolized by the body. He emphasized proper chewing of food and consuming lots of fluid. He ate his last meal at 6:45 p.m.

And I avoided the screen for 90 minutes before sleeping. He used to go for long walks in the morning.

These celebrities are known for their healthy lives and good eating habits. It is common in their healthy eating patterns. One can also achieve fitness like these celebrities if he or she has a proper routine, avoids unprocessed or deep-fried foods, and focuses on workouts or yoga.

Influencers like Food Pharmer are trying to motivate people to eat good food. Food Pharmer has also requested that people read the labels of processed foods, as many of them can contain harmful substances like palm oil, added sugars, etc. On his Instagram, he exposes the truth about famous brands, and due to this, he has received various legal notices.

But one thing that Food Pharmer and others want to convey is to eat homecooked food, avoid masalas, consume green vegetables, and have lots of fluid to stay fit and healthy and have fitness like your favorite celebrity.
