SS Rajamouli expressed thanks and delivered an acceptance speech on the occasion. He particularly thanked his choreographer, Juji, the stunt master, who made it possible to execute those stunts, including the climax action scenes. In his speech, Rajamouli showed gratitude to other choreographers as well, who came to India, and changed their working style to help the movie achieve success.

He thanked the entire team of the movie and Hollywood Critics Association (HCA), who believed that RRR was worthy of an award for stunts. Rajamouli even revealed that the lead actors of RRR, Jr NTR and Ram Charan had performed most of the stunts in the movie, and body doubles were used in just 2 to 3 shots.

The overjoyed director said that the movie took 320 days to complete, out of which the majority of time was spent on the shooting of stunts. RRR won the Best Action Film at HCA against ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ starring Tom Cruise.
