The world's top chef, Virgilio Martinez, cooks up all vegetarian food for this Gujarati wedding. The menu includes dishes like “Cashew rolls, mountain chimichurri, fresh cheese,"  “Extreme altitude seeds, smoked tomato,” and “Amazonian cassava textures, coconut milk.”

Not just that, there was a delightful spread of traditional Indian sweets like creamy rabri and refreshing lassi, and there was even caviar served on a bed of tiramisu.
