The prestigious BAFTA Film Awards took place in London on February 18, Sunday. Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer' made a strong statement at the award show as it bagged seven trophies in total. This is a great sign for the film's winning prospects at the Oscars 2024, which will take place in March. Greta Gerwig's 'Barbie' was snubbed again, while 'Poor Things' won five awards.
Deepika Padukone sizzled in a Sabyasachi saree as she turned one of the presenters at the award show. She represented India at the global stage yet again.
