Unidentified Assailants Kill Indian Student In US

The student, Paruchuri Abhijit, hailed from Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district.

Unidentified assailants in the US killed a student hailing from Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district. The body of 20-year-old Paruchuri Abhijit who was studying engineering in Boston University was in a car inside a forest and was left there by his killers.

He was the only son of his parents Paruchuri Chakradhar and Srilakshmi.

Paruchuri Abhijit, according to a report by the Times of India, was a bright student since his childhood. His mother initially did not want him to go abroad for higher studies but later agreed keeping his future in mind, his family members told the newspaper.

The report also said that assailants may have killed Abhijit for money and his laptop. There are also questions being raised regarding a quarrel he had with other students in the university. The murder in the campus has raised many suspicions.

His mortal remains were moved to Burripalem in Guntur district after completing all the formalities in the US.
