Teen shot after he confronts men Harassing his sister, mother in Haryana

In Haryana's Palwal, a Class 10 student was shot after confronting men who were allegedly Harassing his sister and mother. Police have filed a case against eight people in connection with the incident.

A Class 10 student was shot in Haryana's Palwal after he stood up to men who were allegedly Harassing his sister and mother. A case has been registered against eight people in connection with the incident.

The boy was with his mother and sister collecting cow dung cakes on Thursday. As they headed home, a group of eight to nine people on three bikes began harassing the boy's mother and sister, according to the police.

When he intervened, one of the men riding a bike allegedly fired a shot at him.

In an attempt to shield himself, the boy raised his hands, resulting in the bullet striking his hand. The assailants then fled the scene on their bikes.

The boy who is undergoing treatment at a hospital has managed to identify one of the shooters, the police said.
