A pharmaceutical company in Haryana's Panchkula surprised 15 employees by gifting them cars ahead of Diwali. Mitskind Healthcare, located in the Panchkula industrial area, awarded 13 Tata Punch vehicles and two Maruti Grand Vitara models to its top-performing staff members.

MK Bhatia, the company's owner, personally handed over the keys to the cars. He praised the employees for their dedication and hard work. “They are like celebrities to me,” Bhatia said, acknowledging their contributions to the company’s success. He stated that the gesture was a way to show appreciation and was not specifically planned to coincide with Diwali.

The employees expressed their gratitude for the unexpected gifts. “Three years ago, when I joined, Sir shared his dream of giving all his employees a car. Today, he’s made that dream a reality,” said Venus, a senior HR employee at Mitskind Healthcare. Another employee, Rekha, shared her experience, saying, “I was gifted last year, and the company still covers my fuel expenses.”

This is not the first time the company has rewarded its employees with cars. Last year, 12 employees received vehicles, bringing the total number to 27. Mitskind Healthcare plans to continue this practice in the future.

The Tata Punch, an entry-level SUV launched in 2021, has a starting price of Rs 6 lakh and is equipped with a 1.2-litre engine. The car is recognised for its safety, having received a 5-star G-NCAP rating.
