Passenger vows to ‘never again’ fly Air India after dirty flight, Airline reacts

JJ News Desk

An unfortunate travel experience on an Air India Express flight has left a startup vice president and author, Aditya Kondawar, vowing never to fly with the airline again. Kondawar was travelling from Bengaluru to Pune and encountered several issues that prompted his strong reaction.

Kondawar's ordeal began with a significant flight delay. Scheduled to depart at 9.50 pm, the flight did not take off until after midnight. The delay was just the beginning of his troubles. He found the aircraft to be in poor condition, with dirty and stained seats, and an unpleasant smell inside the cabin. Frustrated by the experience, he expressed his dissatisfaction on X.

In a post directed at Air India, Kondawar wrote, "Thank you for teaching me a valuable lesson last night. I am never flying Air India or Air India Express again. I will pay extra for other airlines or even consider alternative transportation like a bullock cart."

Air India Express quickly responded to Kondawar's complaints, apologising for the inconvenience and explaining that the delay was due to factors beyond their control. They assured him that the issues he raised about the aircraft would be addressed promptly.

Several X users shared similar experiences with Air India Express and commented on the poor services as well.
