In the complaint, the victim’s brother accused Vivek Bindra had an argument with his mother and when his sister went to intervene, a fight broke out between them.

The complainant further alleged that his brother-in-law locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries all over her body.
