The incident revolves around Vanshiben Manishbhai, a fourth-grade student studying at the primary school in Kharasana village, Jhalod taluka.

This mistake gained widespread attention after Vanshiben proudly shared her results with her family, only to discover the inaccuracies upon closer examination.
