Delhi Police constable crushed to death by liquor supplier's car

The incident occurred around 3 am, when he signalled the car to stop, the driver did not comply and hit the constable, resulting in his death.

A Delhi Police constable was crushed to death on Sunday by a liquor supplier's car in the city's Nangloi area. The police have recovered the car but the driver is currently on the run.

According to police sources, constable stationed at Nangloi police station received information that a liquor supplier's car was approaching. When he signalled the car to stop, the driver did not comply and hit the constable, resulting in his death.

The constable was reportedly dragged for about 10 metres before colliding with another car.

The incident occurred around 3 am. Senior police officers are on the scene to investigate the incident.
