A day after Rajasthan's Jaipur was shaken up by threats to bomb the airport and hospitals, at least eight schools in the Pink City received threat emails on Monday, reported news agency PTI.

DCP East Jaipur Kavendra Sagar told news agency ANI, "Threatening emails have been sent to some schools of the city including Maheshwari School (MPS International School). Currently, the bomb disposal squad is carrying out searches in the school."

After about an hour of searches, no suspicious objects were discovered at any of the schools that received bomb threats, police sources said.
