A 21-year-old student in Bengaluru was mowed down by a Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus on Friday.

The woman, identified as Kusumitha, was riding a two-wheeler to her college in the Malleswaram area at the time of the accident.

There was no information on whether any action was taken against the driver.
