A taxi rolled down a gorge on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway on Friday, killing 10 people. Rescue operations were underway.

At least 10 people died on Friday after a taxi rolled down a gorge on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway.

The accident happened near the Ramban area. According to news agency ANI, a team of the local police, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and civil Quick Response Team (QRT) of Ramban, reached the spot as soon as the information about the accident was received
