Shah Rukh Khan debuted a fresh look at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) press conference in Mumbai on September 10. The Pathaan actor, known for his longer hair in recent times, has returned to a short hair style.

For the event, he wore a black t-shirt and a cap from his son Aryan's brand, D'Yavol X. Soon after his pictures of the new look went viral, fans flooded social media with their love and admiration for the actor.

One of the users on X shared his pictures from the event and wrote, “Charmer #King sire SRK, sir, in short hair @iamsrk you are looking so cute, I swear (sic)” while another wrote, “SRK in a new hairstyle.” A third user echoed similar sentiments and commented, “After so long I have seen him in short hair (sic).”

SRK’s new look marks a shift from his signature long hair, which he maintained during the preparation for his blockbuster film Pathaan, released in 2023. His long hair had become a signature in his recent public appearances, notably at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding festivities, where he rocked a ponytail and a bold beard.

The IIFA Awards 2024, set to be held from September 27 to 29 at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, promises a weekend filled with glamour and electrifying performances.

Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar will host the IIFA Awards alongside Vicky Kaushal, Abhishek Banerjee, and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Simultaneously, the IIFA Utsavam will honour the best of South Cinema, with Rana Daggubati serving as the host.
