Hina Khan nearing last cycle of chemotherapy, posts pic of 'last standing eyelash'

Actor Hina Khan shared her experience of losing eyelashes due to chemotherapy. She remains positive, using her "last standing eyelash" as motivation and wearing 'falsies' for shoots.

Television actor Hina Khan is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Known for her vibrant roles and strong on-screen presence, the actor has faced this challenge with remarkable resilience. Recently, she shared her experiences with chemotherapy, revealing that she has lost her eyelashes as a side effect of the treatment.

Despite this setback, Hina remains optimistic and determined to push through. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she reflected on her journey, sharing a photo of her "last standing eyelash" and expressing gratitude for its symbolic significance.

Hina wrote, "Wanna know what’s my current source of motivation? Once part of a mighty and beautiful Brigade that adorned my eyes. My Genetically long and beautiful lashes... This BRAVE, LONE WARRIOR, my last standing Eyelash has fought it all beside me. Nearing the last cycle of my Chemo, this single Eyelash is my MOTIVATION. We shall see this all through. Yes we will InshaAllah (sic)."

As she continues her treatment, Hina is also adapting to new ways of life. She mentioned that for her shoots, she is now wearing false eyelashes for the first time in over a decade. "P.S - Haven’t worn falsies in a decade, actually more, but now I do, for my shoots. Koi naaaaa.. Sab theek ho jaana hai (It's fine. Everything will get better)," she added.

Hina had earlier also shared that she suffered from mucositis as a side effect of chemotherapy. Hina Khan has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. The 36-year-old actor posted an official statement on Instagram, assuring fans that she is determined to overcome the disease.
