The makers of the upcoming drama film "Ghoomer" unveiled the first look motion poster featuring actors Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher. In the movie, Saiyami portrays the inspiring tale of a paraplegic sportsperson who excels as a cricketer under the guidance of her coach, played by Abhishek. Directed by R Balki, the film is set to hit theaters on August 18.

Abhishek and Balki expressed their excitement about the film's premiere at IFFM in a joint statement, saying, "It's an honor and pleasure for us that Ghoomer will be the opening film at the IFFM. The film tells a story of turning adversity into an advantage and showcases human resilience. We believe that 'Sport makes life worth living,' and it's fitting to launch it in Australia, the sport capital of the world."

Saiyami also shared her enthusiasm, stating, "I am thrilled and extremely honored that Ghoomer will be the opening film at IFFM. Playing a sport on screen has always been my dream, and I'm glad it's finally come true. For me, this film is much beyond the sport. It's a story of triumph in extreme adversity.
