After Rashmika Mandanna, Katrina Kaif and Kajol, Alia Bhatt's deepfake video is now going viral. A video with morphed face of Alia is being circulated across all social media platforms. It has sparked concerns over the use of Artifical Intelligence. In the video, Alia Bhatt’s face is edited over a different woman.
Adding to the latest string of deepfake controversies, a manipulated video of Alia Bhatt has surfaced online. The video shows a girl dressed in a blue floral co-ord set with Alia's face on it, making some gestures to the camera.
A few days ago, a manipulated video of Kajol had also surfaced online. The original clip featured influencer Rosie Breen, who shared the clip on TikTok as part of the ‘Get Ready With Me’ trend. The deepfake featured Breen’s face being replaced with that of Kajol. The clip showed the 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' actor changing clothes on camera.
The new video comes amidst growing concerns around deepfake after a clip of Rashmika Mandanna went viral first.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt is currently filming for an action movie, 'Jigra', directed by Vasan Bala and co-produced by herself and Karan Johar. She was last seen on screen in Karan Johar’s 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' with Ranveer Singh.
